Coaching

Q4 Consulting practices integral coaching, which actively engages the whole person—not just one's business self or family role. Our collaborative style means that we are fully present during coaching sessions, listening intently and deeply connected. We partner with you to determine the best course of action. Q4 coaches independent individuals, as well as leaders and leadership teams as part of a larger business consulting engagement.

. The Process

An Integral Coaching Program involves anywhere from 6 - 18

months and consists of three phases:

  • Getting to Know You
  • Discovery & Custom Design
  • Coaching Sessions

After the initial phase of getting to know you and your primary challenges and concerns, a custom coaching program is built specifically for you.

Integral coaching focuses on you, your development, your business, your life.

Coaching specifically targeted to executives, thought leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs. Only by knowing and developing one's self and one's flexibility to roll with the everyday punches of work, can leaders create the environments that allow their organizations to be wildly successful. Individuals may engage Q4 independently, or we often work with executives as part of a larger business consulting relationship.
