Showing Up at Work:  Mindfulness in the Workplace

Believe it or not, fostering awareness—or mindfulness—in your

workplace will strengthen the core fabric of your work environment

and enhance your bottom line. Mindfulness is living in a state of full,

conscious awareness of one’s whole self, others and the shared

context in which we live. Simple mindfulness practices result in:

    • reducing personal stress and increasing resiliency
    • refining one’s capacity to sustain awareness in complex, emotionally-charged situations
    • enhancing interpersonal attention & communication leading to improved collaboration and teamwork with colleagues

Learn the three keys to mindfulness in the workplace and put the

power of mindfulness to work for you.

Conversations for Action: You Are What You Say

What really drives business is the ability of those involved in the business—leader, owner, manager, employee or customer—to engage in powerful conversations:conversations for action.

Have you ever had an experience like one of these?

  • You make requests of others but don't seem to get what you requested.
  • You struggle to delegate work effectively and often end up doing most of it yourself.
  • You feel overworked yet people continue to heap more work on you.
  • You find it difficult to say ‘no’ to other’s requests

If so, your results may reflect difficulty in creating conversations that

coordinate effective action. Learn how to choose words that build trust

  and get things done.

Mindful Leadership: Leading With Integrity & Impact

encompass an awareness of multiple perspectives and possibilities; and

to open ourselves to new inside-out thinking, creative decision-making

   and innovative solutions.

rest on integrity as the foundation for mindful leadership.  Mindful

leadership begins with you. Learn about the impact mindful leadership

roles—both in business and in life. The style is collaborative, with the

coach listening intently and deeply to determine courses of action along

with the client. Engaging with people in this way results in ‘growth from

the inside out,’ an enhanced sense of personal well-being, and a deeper

connection with one's self, others, and 'what's important' in life. Learn

the distinctions involved in Integral Coaching and how it just might

support you in your professional and personal life.

Creative Conflict

Conflict is an untapped source for creativity and energy and it requires

us to be engaged with others, especially at times we’d rather avoid doing

so. Learn the top five steps to move into creative conflict, tapping our

differences for mutual growth and gain.

Emotional Intelligence

Highly successful people effectively identify and manage their emotions,

themselves and their relationships. A simple definition of emotional

intelligence is to recognize, understand and choose how we think, feel

and act. Emotional intelligence is the unique intersection of one's intellect

and one's heart. It’s become one of the hottest topics in business today.

The good news is that emotional intelligence can be developed through

intentionality and practice.  Learn how mindfulness practices foster

the four quadrants of emotionally intelligent leadership.
